Illness

Try to stay calm always, if you can't, remember: 'i'm disabled' ^0^

luckily after 12 hours sleep i don't feel like coughing anymore. i think it's just the normal illness of a teacher, always want to die on friday after 5 days 6:30am. i'll go and have dinner with friends tonite. Central, near IFC 2 Tower, if you still remember the area. Seriously I feel a bit weak still, you know, the type due to sleeping too long, don't want to move your ass. not real illness. attention seeking lar. i'm HERE!

Swine flu precautions

I really thought of one important thing and cannot wait till tomorrow. As you have such exposure to huge number of people you really should take precautions.

1. mask: buy few good masks and change them from time to time, namely every 24 hours of usage
2. wash ur hands frequently- i m sure u know this very well because of sars
3. take vaccine- highly recommended
